This course introduces the i-STAT blood analyzer to a new user.  It will go over the analyzer's main features, performing Quality Control, performing patient testing, maintenance and troubleshooting.  The educational material also includes a quiz that requires a 90% mark to pass.  

Once you have completed the educational material, contact your trainer (i.e. CNE or Unit resource) to provide a competency skill demonstration and go over the training checklist.
