The ACT Plus Competency Assessment is a quiz on the operation of the Medtronic ACT Plus instrument

This Quiz should be completed:

• after hands on training with an Educator AND/OR

• annually to assess competency. All ACT Plus end-users must successfully complete this quiz each year.
