• Differentiate between multidisciplinary and interprofessional approaches to care.
• Describe the first two core functions of the Most Responsible Clinician in relation to care planning. 
• Relate the importance of interprofessional care planning to their care of clients. 
• Describe the key components of an interprofessional care plan and the care planning process.
