Participants learn how to improve patient safety in their areas by fostering a culture of safety and by reporting patient safety incidents in PSLS.

In this course, you will learn:

• What patient safety is and why it’s important
• How to contribute to a culture of safety
• How to identify different types of patient safety incidents
• How to report incidents in PSLS
