Generation Connect is a group mentorship program designed to foster intergenerational learning, enhance professional growth, and promote a culture of collaboration among paramedics, Emergency Medical Call Takers (EMCTs), and Emergency Medical Dispatchers (EMDs) within BCEHS.
The curriculum is organized into three modules - Emotional Intelligence, Assertive Communication, and Power Dynamics - each topic deepening understanding of generational differences and leveraging those differences as strengths.
