Welcome to Anti-Indigenous Racism Response Training (ARRT): Taking Action.  This is a PHSA-specific course, and required for all PHSA staff.  There are eight sections in this training, and you are required to complete all the sections in the order in which they are presented.  At the end of each of the first 7 sections, you will be required to complete a quiz to assess your comprehension.  Eighty percent of the quiz questions must be answered correctly to advance to the next section. Upon successful completion of the training, you will receive a record of completion which will be placed in your HR file.

It will take approximately 3 hours to complete all the sections and the activities. We recommend that you do so over two or three sittings to ensure you have time to fully integrate the information that is presented. We also recommend that you have a notebook handy as you may want to jot down notes as you make your way through the training.
